Parking is on the street, but the house is only 2 blocks from free parking under I95, so you can always find a spot! Rent is $1100/month plus utilities and the place is available starting January 1st. The landlord does require a good credit/rental score. He's also super responsive. Whenever I have an issue he always sends someone out same day or next to take care of it! Tenant must have a good credit/rental score. No smoking or pets allowed.
