The1st floor apartment has the two pictured bedrooms. There is a single width driveway the length of the home, the rear yard garage long gone is now a backyard patio space, with a rear yard surrounding it. The basement, accessible from the rear stairwell that has doors to both apartment kitchens, has two rooms separated, one can also be accessed from a door in the 1st floor apartment master bedroom, and then the basement includes a large area with separate water heaters and furnaces for each apartment. We will include both washers and dryers, no warranty and they haven't been used in a long time, a set for each apartment. There is a back stairwell is also access from the outside, and also provides access to the very large, unfinished attic with hardwood floors. It's quiet street, a short walk to Highland Park's main street Raritan Avenue, and, in the other direction, down to Donaldson Park along the Raritan River. Bartle Elementary School is three blocks away, and all schools are within walking distance.
