I have a 2 Br/2 ba Condo that's well constructed, cement walls in the entire complex, and my unit is on the 4th floor corner unit and only connected to the building by a stair well (no neighbors). The Condo is nicely furnished including stack washer/dryer, large screen TV, furnished living room, dining room. There is central Heat and AC, ATT Uverse HD cable, and High Speed internet. The guest room is approx. 12x11ft with a 12ft x 3ft closet. There is also a nice balcony that overlooks 4th ave and Island. Perfect Roommate floor plan: bed rooms are separated by both bathrooms and closets and very private. You will have your own large bathroom and closets. Super neat and clean--expect the same in shared living space. There is no pool or gym, but there are designated bar b que areas on the second floor terrace and the roof top patio area. (Fit, 24 hour & YMCA are just a few blocks away) There is 1 additional parking spot in the building (Garaged) included in rent The complex is upscale right in the heart of the GasLamp on 4th and J Street. Walking distance to all that downtown has to offer including bars, restaurants, shopping and Petco Park, Fisherman's Warf and the Marina. I work 9-5. I've have lived in gaslamp for 5 years and not planning on leaving anytime soon. I go to the gym and eat healthy. I do not have friends over often, and never bring the party home (that's what the neighbors condos are for). Side note: We have several amazing neighbors in the building. A few young couples and a few room mate situations and it's a very friendly place but a small community. Nothing like Vantage point. Must be tidy and respectful. No smoking. No pets. No drugs.
