Charming rustic 2 story home in Charlotte Harbor. Nice little neighborhood that is very close to the harbor, and all the happenings in Punta Gorda. It has 3 bedrooms, a den, a lanai, washer/dryer room, extra storage space, 1 car garage, and a privacy backyard. It also has 2 1/2 bathrooms. The home will have new paint, carpet, etc. The kitchen is very rustic with original homemade cabinets. This non-smoking home is not perfect, but is still very nice and appealing with a decent body style. Stainless appliances with a new refrigerator and dishwasher. Washer and dryer is in the home. They work, and we will leave them. However if they break down we will not have them repaired or replaced. We will allow for small pets. No dangerous dog breeds! An additional deposit of $500 will be required. We are good landlords. Most of our tenants have been with us for over 10 years. The last tenant at this house was there for 6 years. Pictures are of the home 6 years ago. Don't have current ones. We also offer a $50 rent credit if you pay your rent on or before the 1st of each month (so rent could be $1275). After the 6th there is a $50 late fee added to the rent for a total of $1375. Tenant responsible for utilities. Water bills are cheap in comparison to other homes.
