This is a great family home in Normaltown, with a fenced back yard. Pets are welcome. This is a non-furnished home but has appliances (refrigerator/freezer, oven/range, washer, dryer, microwave). It is in a lovely area with many families and great neighbors. Within walking distance is Bishop Park (playground, splashpad, baseball, basketball, tennis, gymnastics), and the dining/bars that Normaltown offers are also very close (a little longer walk, but just a couple minutes driving). Renter does NOT pay for garbage or water, unless water bill is very significant (written into lease, will be discussed with renter). Renter does NOT pay for lawn maintenance.
