Applicants MUST be able to view property before application will be considered. Videochat can be considered if tenant signs a waiver. For all ski lease rentals, security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus all monies are due at check in. Utility deposit, insurance and/or pro-rated snow removal are also due before move-in, if applicable. 4-6 month lease tenants pay monthly rent cable or satellite TV, internet/WiFi, HOA dues, trash, water,In addition, renters pay gas, electric (if applicable) Please note, professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease as well as monthly cleaning.
