This is a great house that is  priced for a family starting out that may want a little more acreage than what you can get in town. House sits on 1.6 acres with pond.  A new Trane Central Air Conditioning unit and furnace were installed in the fall of 2009. The furnace is a 95% efficient furnace which we saw at least 50% reduction in heating costs from this past winter. Our highest gas bill during the winter months was $98.
