Shared 3rd guest bedroom/auxiliary room with Peloton, futon and TV. Room and entire home is fully furnished. Room available April 1st for a 6 month or 1 year lease (flexible on this). House has a garage for gear storage and a spacious backyard. Kitchen fully equipped with anything you might need should you not have your own pots/pans/plateware, etc. Located on a quiet cul de sac in Rafter J. We have a 2 year old old lab named Ollie who is super sweet and has his own dog door/electric fence so he's self sufficient. Prefer 1 person for the room. All utilities included in rent price.
