The apartment is a large, vintage space with 3 beds (all medium sized, 1 w/large closet, 1 w/standard closet, 1 w/ no closet), 1 bath that is currently getting completely remodled, hardwood floors, walk in pamtry, small mud room, central air, door & window alert system, original built in china cabinet, and enclosed back porch. There is coin laundry in the building. We welcome well behaved pets, and have 1 off street parking spot available. Very close to highway access. If you don't have a car..no worries!! You can walk to the blue line, brown line or major bus lines. The location is great for access to several great neighborhoods. You would be within walking distance of great Avondale spot like Alice's, Late bar & Revolution Brewing on Kedzie. Also, just a short bus hop to Lincoln or Logan Square. This is an owner occupied building, so we would be upstairs. It's just the two of us, so no little feet running above you (other than our kitty). We do occasionally entertain though. We sometimes host dinner parties or a movie on our big screen in the backyard. We will provide water, refuse & snow removal. You would be responsible for electric and gas. The gas bill has been around $70-80 each month this winter. The apartment is available 2/1. Credit and minimum income requirements apply.
