Completely furnished with 2 bed & 2 bath, large carport, double length shed, and large patio in back. I'm looking for a seasonal 6 month lease for the 2017-2018 season ending on April 30th. This home is located just minutes from the Dunedin Causeway, fine restaurants, shops, stores and is in the delightful, active park of Westwind II Resident Owned Community. You will have full access to the park pool and clubhouse just steps away. Renter must follow park rules (and will be given a copy). The biggest restrictions are that one resident be at least 55 or older and no pets. Renter is required to pay $100 and pass a background check as well as pass an informal interview by a panel selected by the park. I will request no smoking on the premises. Internet and cable services are not included but bundled packages for both are available for about $90/month (Free WiFi at the clubhouse less than 50 yards away). I'm asking for first and last month rent paid in advance as well as a $1,000 refundable security deposit. I am NOT an absentee landlord. I live less than a mile away to handle anything that needs fixing or attend to your needs. All tenants must sign the lease and only family may reside on the premises (according to park rules).
