This cute house sits on a corner lot with a small front yard and a fenced back yard and garden. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, a large kitchen, hook ups for a washer and dryer in a mudroom. Lawn care and garbage are included. Tenant is responsible for water, gas and electricity. There is on street parking. DO NOT fill out the Zillow application - We have our own and it is free to apply once you tour the house. We will not accept the Zillow application and don't want you to spend money for the application. Please write to us and tell us a bit about yourself and we will set up a time to tour the property.
