Driving directions: I-40 to Lake Wheeler Road Exit. Head south on Lake Wheeler (away from downtown) and turn right on Henslowe. Left on Joanne and the house is on the right at 3304. I would consider one good cat w/ a nonrefundable pet deposit but prefer no pets. No smoking. If you want to apply to rent the house, I will email you an application. If you want to see the house, I can show it June 29 or July 1 (and other dates later if still not rented). All tenants and co-signers must fill out an application, which I will email to you on request along with a copy of the lease and a co-signer agreement if you will need a co-signer to qualify. A $2,000 security deposit and the first months' rent will be required to lease. Monthly rent is $2,000.00 and is due on the first of each month. Utilities are not included.
