Second floor studio, facing a peaceful courtyard. Air conditioning included for free this summer! I've really enjoyed living here, but I bought my own place and have to move out. I'm looking for someone to move in 8/1/19 and stay until 7/1/20. Key Highlights: * Huge walk-in closet * Very close to blue line * Pet-friendly * Laundry in-building * Bicycle storage included * Secure gated entryway * In the heart of Logan Square! - Layout - Plenty of room for a bed, dresser, TV and couch! The closet space is huge, with great vertical storage. The kitchen includes a good size refrigerator and 4 burner gas stove. I've been using the extra kitchen space as a small breakfast nook. The bathroom has a nice tri-fold vanity mirror and vintage claw foot tub. Wonderful daylight in all rooms of this apartment! - CTA - This apartment is literally right next to the Blue Line and Milwaukee bus routes. It's incredibly convenient. The best I've ever had in the city. I'm going to miss that. - Neighborhood - Centrally located with many nearby bars, restaurants, parks, grocery stores, gyms and shops: * The Logan Theater * Hopewell Brewing * Unanimous Gym * Uncharted Books * Intelligentsia Coffee * Dill Pickle Food Co-Op * Unity Park This apartment is close enough to the nightlife to have fun if you want, but tucked away just enough to get some peace too. If you're a cyclist or runner, the 606 is about a mile away. - Pets - This is a pet-friendly building! Dogs and cats are welcome. All of the living area is hardwood, which makes it really easy to clean too, if you have pets. - Laundry - Laundry is available in building. There's an app the makes it really easy to pay, check availability and know when your laundry is ready. - Storage - There's a pretty spacious bike storage area next to laundry in the building. I'm a bicycle commuter, so I loved this additional space. Especially in the winter. - Parking - Parking on-site is available through management company, if spots are open. Street parking is good. The most I've ever spent looking for parking is 10 minutes. Permit zone is 100, definitely worth it. - Apartment Access - The studio also has a front and back door, which is really nice. One comes in from the courtyard and one from the back. They alley itself is really wide and well-kept. Recycling and dumpsters are really close. No security deposit! Just a one-time $300 payment // Applicants must have credit score of 650+ or a qualified cosigner 11 months
