Some updated features such as light fixtures, hard wood flooring in bathrooms and kitchen, walls will need to be painted and we hope to have that finished before move in, if not you are more than welcome to paint yourself, and front deck (still in progress). We ask the tenants do not have cats, dogs are okay. Older, quiet community. References and rental history are required as well as current employment check. No smoking allowed in doors. This home needs some TLC but is perfectly ready for its new tenants. First month is required upon move in and security deposit depends on rental history. We are hoping for immediate move in date.
