We do not allow smoking inside of our homes. All homes have two off street parking spots specifically for that home. We are pet friendly, all pets do have to be approved by management and there is a pet deposit. The pet deposit is $300. Any approved dog does have to be on a leash if it is outside. There is a background and credit check. $25 per person 18+ that would be living in the home. The tenant is required to let management know of any issues with the home when they come up. If it is our responsibility to fix and you don't tell us, any damage caused by it not being fixed, will result in the tenant being responsible for all damages done to the home.
