I am looking to do a lease transfer to who ever is interested. The lease is from now till September 17th and the main office said they would help with the transfer. Please message me on here if you are interested in the unit. The main office also said you can extend the lease but can not promise the same base rent. I can give tours of the apartment on the weekends just message me ahead of time. The Unit is on the 3rd floor over looking the pool. Utilites are not included in the lease price. There is a $30 monthly fee for optional trash pick up.
