The fully enclosed patio room provides a great semi-outdoor spot for entertaining the year round.The property is excellent. Although it is a ridgetop to downsloping parcel, the terrain is very nice with a huge number of mature oaks and very little brush. The home has mature landscaping and there is plenty of parking. Off to one side of the home is a fully set up RV site with water, electrical, propane, and septic. On the opposite side of the home are two nice storage buildings plus a fenced yard off of the patio room. The front of the home has a nice covered front deck that is wheelchair accessible. The property has direct line of sight to Bear Mountain which makes it wireless DSL accessible for the internet.How about any negatives- The home is a little close to the street but it is nicely elevated and there is little traffic. In addition, with no nearby neighbors you still enjoy a great sense of privacy. The home has been very well maintained but the carpets could use a good cleaning. The home is not on permanent foundation at this time but the owners will install one and the home can qualify for FHA or VA financing. The owners are elderly and there is a bit of deferred yard maintenance.This really is an exceptional property... great location, great views, useable land, and an unusually nice home.
