I am currently looking for a roommate. I'm a 28yo female that is an OB resident physician at a nearby hospital. I live in one of four town homes that share a backyard/garden area. The place is 4 floors with two living areas, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room with plenty of storage. The place was recently all redone before I moved in and has all wooden floors, new appliances, and great character. The space is furnished but we could talk about moving some stuff out if that would be an option you wanted!
