We have owned the house for 23 years, For an older house it is in very good condition. We replaced the roof, replaced windows and doors replaced, replaced air conditioner in 2016 replaced septic system, replaced gutters, replaced Meter base and breaker box and paved driveway and built patio. Remodeled both baths, took up carpet and refinished hardwood floors and put in New vent free logs.
