The community has lakes and ponds, a big and well-kept community pool, and pickleball courts! The rent is set, no utilities, neighbors wave to each other when they drive down the street. It's close to shopping and restaurants, but overall just a nice chill community. I'm relatively quiet and somewhat introverted, work hours vary, but mainly M-F 11-7pm-ish. I enjoy hanging out with my old dog, walks in the open space, reading, spending time with friends and family. Not much of a partier or drinker, looking for the same!
