Very close to City Center, Amtrak Station, Drexel Park, Philly Zoos & Art Museum etc. Any university graduate student, postgraduate, or working professional is encouraged to explore this. Monthly rent is $1200/month + Utility bills (1/3) for each individual. This is a fully furnished Unit. The rent price is for fully furnished and private 1b & 1b. Each Tenant needs to pay 1/3 of the utilities (Electric, Gas, Water, Internet). The tenant will be responsible for keeping the house and common areas clean, including the kitchen, gas oven, and living room, on a rotation basis at least every other week. If they can not do it by themself, then professional cleaning cost needs to be shared among all tenants on at least a monthly basis. All tenants will be mindful and respectful to each other.
