This is ideal for someone who just arrived in Austin, is between apartments, wants a short term-lease or just wants to try Austin for a couple of months. The place is fully furnished, but I can get rid of items such as the desk(s), bed, mattress (it has a plastic protector, of course). Personal things, pictures etc. will be removed. All drawers, except in the kitchen will be empty. The unit has a washer and dryer. It also comes with a parking space, a lot of plants (if you like), a grill, access to a bike (if you are nice) and has a killer patio. The kitchen is super, super nice and the entire unit, except kitchen and bathroom, has beautiful wooden floors. Massive windows offer a lot of natural light from both the East (sunrise) and West (sunset). The apartment is clean and well maintained. What is also nice is the fact that the street is super quiet. You will have to sign a sublet agreement and rental application. A security deposit is required. I will only show the unit to people, who are seriously interested.
