Occupancy and Subletting Authorized Residents: Only the individuals listed on the lease agreement are permitted to reside in the home permanently. Subletting: Subleasing, room-sharing, or listing the property on short-term rental platforms (like Airbnb or Vrbo) is not permitted. 3. Maintenance and Care Owner Responsibilities: The owner is responsible for regular lawn care and routine property maintenance to keep the home's exterior and structural systems in good working order.
