Living room has been repainted & had old TV/satellite cables poking through halls removed, patched, and repaired. Kitchen & stairs have been repainted & also had old cables removed. I also remedied the kitchen light fixture so that it no longer prevents the main kitchen cabinet from fully opening. Spare room/ 3rd bedroom has two 5x5 kallax (valued @ $200 each). Wood paneling on walls upstairs has been sanded, stained, finished such that it is smooth to touch and dark brown, rather than orange. Second full bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), laundry (washer, dryer, folding table), slop sink, water heater, gas & extra storage (separate room) all located in the basement. Every room has received paint, light handy work, electrical tune up & new outlet covers as well as the whole house has been professionally clean (2/17) since deciding to sell.
