Completely renovated within the past couple years. New metal roof, front siding, and porch. Entire house has been updated with new 200 amp electrical service. Updated plumbing. All rooms except one have new sheetrock instead of plaster. Completely renovated kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops, island, and stainless steel appliances. New flooring in the kitchen and new hardwood flooring (Australian cypress) in the living room/dining room. Newer oil furnace, wood stove, and vent free propane fireplace make heating easy. With all the added insulation we only used half a tank of oil and 1 cord of firewood last winter.
