Previous tenants always describe it as a perfect starter house and typically move out after having a child. The house is in town in Caro, Michigan. Walking distance from a gym and a short drive to convince stores, grocery stores, etc. Electric and gas bills will be in the tenant's name along with cable, internet, etc. The water bill is in the owners name, but tenants will be responsible for it. Tenants are responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Stove and refrigerator were just replaced. There is a driveway that two cars can comfortably park in.
