This is a 3rd floor 2bedroom/1 bath apartment that offers large bedrooms, a versatile living space, a cozy kitchen that comes with a fridge, gas stove and a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. There is a shared enclosed porch as well as a shared deck space. There is both on and off street parking and water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Gas and electric are the responsibility of the tenant. We do accept Section 8. We do not allow smoking or vaping. Pets must pass the Pet Screening process and pay all applicable fees. We are a 10 minute walk from the downtown area that offers restaurants and shops. We are close to the YMCA, hospital, and in between both Lycoming College and Penn Tech. We also offer close access to the highways and we are close to the bus route. Rental terms are an automatically renewing month to month lease. Owner pays water, sewer, and trash. Tenant pays gas (heat and stove) and electric (lights and other appliances). The application fee is $30 per person aged 18 and older. The security deposit is the same as a month of rent.
