I am subleasing a 1 bedroom apartment at Sky Eleven for the 2020 summer. The available date range is 5/16 to 7/25 and the month of May would already be paid! The subleaser would just be responsible for the June/July rent (due at the end of May and end of June respectively). You would have the option to renew the lease (normally $719/mo with utilities and everything) after it expired in late June. My asking rent is lower than the rent in my lease that I pay: I will cover the difference! It is fully furnished with an included cap for utilities that I have never been able to exceed (water, heat, electric, garbage), includes wifi and cable, comes with a flat screen TV, electric stovetop, garbage disposal, quartz stone countertops, full-sized refrigerator, desk & desk chair, full-sized bed, glass shower, and washer & dryer. The unit is on the 5th floor and is peacefully quiet at night for being downtown. Neighbors are very nice and I have never had any issues with them, good maintenence staff too. Apartment complex includes an outdoor pool, shared bikes, meeting spaces, game room, outdoor fire pit, fitness studio, and a few other pretty cool perks. It's also right by an MSU shuttle stop and has a private parking garage (I can transfer my pass for your car as part of the deal).
