Walking distance to the gorgeous James River, Downtown, the Fan, VCU, 195 on ramp, etc. A wonderful neighborhood and building and neighbors, but most people would not live quietly enough to be a good match. The other people in building are young professionals working from home and go to bed early. They are considerate of noise and seeking a quiet tenant for lower unit. No pets, no smoking on property, no stereo speakers. Please provide intended move-in date, # of occupants, and any other information that may be helpful for me to prioritize as this property brings an abundant amount of responses.
