This sweet little studio/efficiency house was built where the garage to our main house once was, so it shares a gorgeous green lawn with the main house. You'll have your own private parking spot (off street) and a private entrance to your house, which is not attached to the main house in any way. You'll have an efficiency kitchen and full bathroom. Shared use of hot tub, grill, fire pit, lawn and greenhouses! Kitchenette includes hot pot, microwave, toaster oven, and freestanding stove top. Plenty of shelving for your pantry items, ect. There is a washer inside the ADU (next to the bathroom) but no dryer because we use the clothesline right out the backdoor year round. Go green-it's easier than you think! We don't currently have wifi to the house, but it has been wired for Spectrum internet, so if wifi is a must for you, it can be set up easily through Spectrum. We also have a shed you're welcome to park a bike or skis in. And if you're a gardener, we'd love to have you use our greenhouses to grow food this spring--they've been sitting empty for too long! There's an Airstream being stored in the backyard but it will remain locked and unoccupied. Homeowner is currently remodeling the main house and will likely have renters in it by November. For this ADU behind the main house though, we're looking for a month+ tenant at first, but we are open to extending your lease for a year or more if this arrangement works well. We just want everyone to get along and enjoy our sweet little spot in this sweet little town! Come give it a try!
