This condo is part of the Village west condos on main Street. We are situated half way between downtown and the midland brew company, on the rail trail. Being in a wooded setting we routinely see deer and turkey throughout the day. The spacious 1900ft2 Condo has a very large loft as well as the largest screened in porch in the complex. The master suite has a very large jet tub for a relaxing evening. We are very pet and children friendly, and enjoy may wooded trails to walk your pet or for excersize. Owner pays for water and internet as well as all general maintenance. The tenant is responsible for utilities and cable TV if they want. We have 1Gb fiber in each condo so streaming services are fantastic
