The entire outside of the buildings were redone in 2019. The roof is still the same. The HOA fees include insurance on the exterior of the building, the lawn and pest control maintenance, pool, trash, water, cable, and wifi. When I bought my condo in 2018, I replaced the carpet with Pergo brown wood flooring, as well as the stairs. I repainted the entire unit in neutral colors with white trim.
