    Updated, historic craftsman We love our home and have put so much effort into her we moved a year ago and have had great renters for the last year! We still do not want to sell, so we are listing it again. Our home will be available approximately 5/1/26. I am in the middle of a few updates in the kitchen and bathroom, the kitchen floor is being updated so current pics don't reflect that yet. This spot is ideal for a family or for working adults that are down to have a few roommates to save money We are open to renting to traveling workers 6 to 12 month leases. Our neighbors here are amazing, and we'd made such good friends with other parents in the neighborhood while we lived there. 2 of the best bars in Tacoma are within walking distance (shout out to Top of Tacoma & Dusty's Hideaway!) a few years ago some lovely neighbors of ours opened the local coffee spot, Beware, and it's such a great spot for studying or weekend walks. The house is around 2300sqft; 4 rooms 2 upstairs, 2 on the main floor. Upstairs rooms would be great for kids or for an office space! Large and fenced in backyard, storage shed for your use, huge back deck for entertaining and outdoor meals. We ask tenants mow the lawn, and care for plants, etc. The main floor is approx 1000sqft; 800 sqft of unfinished basement that can be used for living space, home gym, workshop, storage, etc. There is light and power down there, but no heat source at this time. We're also around the corner from dome top gardens, a playground, basketball court, a dog park and the L st bridge for quick access to downtown Tacoma + i5 + puyallup and more Front of house has 3 spots to park in driveway (front of house), and easy street parking if more is needed. And candidly, we have kind and quiet neighbors, it's the best We're okay with pets, but would need to assess each case and a pet fee would be required. We will do background/credit checks, and would ask for income verification. We're humans and not a big management group, so we have room to consider a paystub or bank statement etc. We're flexible! Please reach out if you're seriously considering and can reliably afford the rent, utilities, your childcare, etc! It's important to us that your family/folks as well as ours will be able to remain unconcerned financially. Life has way too many other things to worry about. Tell us a little about your family/roommate situation, employment currently/history, pets if any, previous landlords or management staff that can verify rental history, and feel free to ask any questions as well. We'll be able to do walkthroughs for serious inquiries, thank you kindly! All utilities are the tenants responsibility. 1st month's rent, security deposit, pet deposit will be due at signing. Yard care is responsibility of tenant with an option to pay an addition $100 a month for the yard to be maintained by a third party. Lease options are 1 year.
