The duplex has an incredible, expansive view of the greenbelt, winter storms and summer sunsets. I live on the south side of the duplex. The duplex side for lease has water (I provide), central air and heat, natural gas, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, tiled downstairs, carpeting upstairs, two parking spots, one covered. The duplex is accessed off a dead-end alley, creating a secure environment. The neighbors here on the alley form a nice community, we look out for each other From the duplex the greenbelt is across the street. There are all sorts of wildlife on the property at times: various birds (including at times a wild turkey and roadrunners, hummingbirds) foxes, all sorts of lizards, armadillos, raccoons, possums, and other animals. I have tried to create a habitat with extensive rock work along the hillside, native plants and water ponds to attract birds and butterflies and thirsty critters. I need $2600 per month for this unique duplex. No smoking here please. No guns (just don't want to be hit by an accidental blast) Pets considered on an individual basis, though I would prefer no pets. Please tell me about yourself(s).
