The unit is equipped with high end finishes throughout from lighting to appliances. Brand new stainless everywhere and has a space in the basement for your own washer and dryer. There is a front porch and small front yard for you to enjoy. Pets are possible with a non refundable deposit and possibly a bump in rent depending on size and quantity. You will be responsible for gas and electric and I will cover the rest of utilities. There is plenty of street parking and one off street spot.
