    PLEASE NOTE: Because of COVID-19, I cannot evict anyone until at least June or July. Because of this, I am requesting 3 months up front ($1,650), plus a security deposit equal to a month's rent ($550). In other words, UNLESS you are working with Brightpoint, HUDVASH, Section 8, etc., I WILL NEED $2,200 TO MOVE YOU IN. NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a basement AND a very large attic which could easily double as a third bedroom in warmer weather. (It's not insulated). Has a nice back porch, backyard, and a one car garage. Beautiful wood floors we laid last summer. Walk over to my house to drop your rent each month. I'm just across the alley. Nice landlord. Washer and Dryer in basement. I will provide A/C window units in warmer weather. Smokers and Pets ok. STOP SCREWING AROUND AND GET IN A HOUSE BEFORE THE GOVERNOR ISSUES A SHELTER-IN-PLACE ORDER! (Praying it doesn't come to that). MOVE IN NOW! BUT: Because of COVID-19, I cannot evict anyone until at least June or July. In other words, unless you are working with Brightpoint, HUDVASH, Section 8, etc., I will need $2,200 to move you in. I know that sucks, but so does this whole thing for me as well. You must fill out an application and submit to a background check. (You can move in now). No utilities are included, but ALL appliances ARE included. You must have gas and electric IN YOUR NAME before signing the lease, and water in your name right after. I would consider Section 8/Brightpoint/HUDVASH/Whatever on this. I would have to have it inspected first and then tell you if I can afford the repairs or not.
