I will provide A/C window units in warmer weather. Smokers and Pets ok. STOP SCREWING AROUND AND GET IN A HOUSE BEFORE THE GOVERNOR ISSUES A SHELTER-IN-PLACE ORDER! (Praying it doesn't come to that). You must fill out an application and submit to a background check. (You can move in now). No utilities are included, but ALL appliances ARE included. You must have gas and electric IN YOUR NAME before signing the lease, and water in your name right after. I would consider Section 8/Brightpoint/HUDVASH/Whatever on this. I would have to have it inspected first and then tell you if I can afford the repairs or not.
