The apartment was completely rebuilt 4 years ago. This unit occupies the entire top floor and is east and south facing in its exposure. The house has great views of Tongass Narrows and Rotary Beach is a two (2) minute walk to the beach. The master bedroom has lots of glass and a half bath. All new appliances in the kitchen all counters tops are quartz for easy cleaning. The second bedroom is on the west end of the house. On the ground floor there is a heated storage area for extra stuff which is about 12'x 14'. Laundry is on the main floor with your own washer and dryer. There is also a bathroom in the laundry area if needed. There is lots of parking on the 10 acers that make up the property so if you need to store a trailer, boat, motor coach or other things there is plenty of room. The tenant is responsible for electric, internet and garbage. I cover water, sewer, taxes and any maintenance. My leases are for 2 years with a fixed set rate not to increase anytime during a lease.
