Looking to sublease my room starting either July 1st or July 15th. The lease lasts until August 31st where you'd be able to take over it fully if you wanted. I have two other roommates living here with me (Joe and Brianna), Joe plans on moving out by the end of the lease, and the Brianna is undecided yet. Rent is $647, and utilities run me around $40-70 depending on the month. The house is pet friendly (1 cat or dog)! I have a cat living with me, and dont believe there is a monthly fee for them. Laundry is located in the basement, as well as a plethora of storage/bike racks. My room is sizeable, could fit a queen sized mattress, but I went for a twin + tv/couch/desk. Also pictured is our bathroom, kitchen, and living room. We're a 8-15min walk from the California blue line stop, and we have Tony's Fresh market and Armitage Produce around the corner for groceries.
