Our beautiful mountain cabin/home located 30 minutes from Steamboat Springs, 5 miles from Stagecoach reservoir and 12 miles from the heart of Oak Creek is available for rent. The front of the house features a full length porch with plenty of room for covered wood storage, outdoor eating, lounging chairs and grill. The main level features an open layout of a generous living area, dining space, and kitchen all centered around a wood burning stove. Also on this floor is the large primary bedroom with a walk in closet and a spacious bathroom across the hall. The bathroom has a shower with a large jetted tub and generous counter and drawer space. A well laid out open kitchen with microwave, gas range and oven is just off the dining area. There is an extra room on the southside of the house that has been utilized as a bedroom, office, and sunroom, which leads out to a back deck with sunset views. Downstairs is another bedroom with large closet and its own entry. The downstairs bath has a shower, toilet and vanity. Outside the downstairs bedroom is a large, open extra room with aspen log bunk beds that can be used as a den, TV room, or multipurpose room. It includes an open area with a piano and laundry nook. The closeted laundry nook has a full-sized front load washer and a full-sized dryer. There is a one car garage which leads directly into the downstairs as well as one bay in a partially enclosed outbuilding. The other bay is for where owner items are stored.
