There is not an application fee. Once a lease is signed, a security deposit of $2,640 is required to guarantee the unit for the 2026-2027 school year. One small cat or one small dog is allowed. The tenant has the responsibility of shoveling snow. Fees : There are not any fees, except a pet fee of $200 if you have a cat or small dog. Smoking : This is allowed as long as all roommates agree. Maintenance responsibilities : We expect that the tenants will maintain the property and not cause any damage. Normal wear and tear is expected and accepted. All maintenance calls will be made to the owner and the owner will address the issue within 24 hours.
