We have air conditioning/heating in the lower level of the home, and separate heating units in each room/bathroom upstairs. This home is walking or biking distance to the local grocery store, The Store Bakery, Rosario Market with a large beer and wine selection, Tommy Thompson stunning water-front trail, downtown restaurants, and more! You don't even have to leave the house for a view. Step out on the quaint side deck with a glass of wine, and enjoy a mountain view! ~The mugboard you see on the kitchen wall remains. We also left our kitchen table, 4 bar stools, and entertainment center to be used by our renters if they would like. If not, those items can be placed in the garage. Rental period begins December 1, 2025 at $2,800/month. This lease requires a $1,000 deposit along with first month's rent. We ask that you not put any nails in the walls. Command strips may be used if you need to hang something. Please remove the strips the correct way. We do have some items currently hanging on the wall, and we can leave those hooks behind for you to use. We have a one car driveway at the front of the home. Parking on the street is available in front of the house at no additional cost. You will have use of the single car garage at the side of the house. NO smoking! NO pets! All utilities will need to be placed in your name. House will need to be professionally cleaned at the end of the lease term. We can use half of the deposit amount for a professional cleaning and return $500 to you if nothing is damaged, or you can receive the deposit back in full (if there is no damage) and you find your own professional "move out" cleaner (requires pro carpet cleaning). Receipt of cleaner will be required. We will run a credit/background check. One reference please.
