Apartment is a 10-12 min walk from the metro (Columbia Heights or Petworth). Giant Grocery, Lidl, Target, Marshalls, and gyms (NYSC or Sweat DC) are all easy walking distances away. Whole Foods and U Street are a 20 min walk, and Petworth's Upshur St is 15ish mins north. The bus lines D74, D44/D40, and C63 are especially convenient. The particulars: Rent is US$1300 per month.
