The lease will be for one year and then will automatically be renewed if all is going well. After one year of rent, we ask for two-months notice if a renter decides to move. Renter is responsible for utilities. This is a no-smoking house, but the pet policy is negotiable. We also have the tenant responsible for the maintenance of the yard, but we have a mowing company that we can recommend if you would rather pay someone to mow.
