Living area and bedroom TVs are setup in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services! Bathroom is stocked with a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A starter supply of paper towels is also provided. Makeup towels are available along with a hair dryer. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels and dish soap are provided. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs. Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig is available, and we provide a starter set of k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia. Free laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. You'll have access to a garage stall during your stay! Guests will have access to the entirety of the apartment, the basement for the washer and dryer, the general shared hallway space in the building, a garage stall, the driveway and yard space. $50 per month pet fee per dog. $250 nonrefundable pet fee per dog. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. We are available for guests if needed via messaging or phone. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience. Downtown Neenah is only a few minutes' drive or a leisurely walk from the house. Uber and Lyft services are also available. This unit is in an apartment building that does allow pets, so you may hear or come across other guests with their pets in common areas.
