Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels and dish soap are provided. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs. Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig is available, and we provide a starter set of k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia. Free laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. You'll have access to a garage stall during your stay! Guests will have access to the entirety of the apartment, the basement for the washer and dryer, the general shared hallway space in the building, a garage stall, the driveway and yard space. $50 per month pet fee per dog. $250 nonrefundable pet fee per dog. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. We are available for guests if needed via messaging or phone. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience. Downtown Neenah is only a few minutes' drive or a leisurely walk from the house.
