Top floor includes a master bedroom (w/balcony and walk-in closet), a full bathroom (jacuzzi included), kitchen w/ a dishwasher, vinyl countertops and multiple cabinets. High ceilings and tall windows provide ample natural light. Bottom floor includes the junior bedroom, half a bathroom, laundry closet, and the two-car garage. This house comes unfurnished except for the laundry machines, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Ceiling fans come in both bedrooms and the living room. The house is perfect for couples and small families. Pets are welcomed at the discretion of the owner (we prefer cats and dogs weighing 30 lbs). Indoor routine maintenance/check-ups will be provided to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the lease period. For applications and house tours please contact the landlord at least one day in advance for a meeting. To sign-up the landlord will require two recent lease references, a security deposit, and the first month's rent. The house comes unfurnished.
