This is a property only listing. There is a cabin on site but it is primitive (no running water or electric ran) there is potable water we bring in and solar lighting. We designed and built this property as a camp. I’m no longer able to continue with upkeep. We have electric and water on site but not ran to the cabin. City water! There are two larger areas for new builds (cabins, homes, a lodge was my plan) there are 10 other individual sites set up for camp spots. We typically rent these out to hunters in the fall who are well equipped to be self sustaining. There’s also free use of natural gas on the property. This property would be great for a zipline course, near Yatesville lake and all the local tourist attractions including The falls, Fallsburg Fearplex, rush off-road, Yatesville lake (the cove) Not to mention the access to the water. The creek itself is flowing from Yatesville spillway. The fishing is excellent. Kayaking is beautiful. Price is only negotiable for a smaller portion of the property. There’s a total of 7 acres.
