I think it would make a great home for the right person or perhaps an art gallery, lawyer's office or a small business. This home was built in 1885. New paint and carpet but still has many of the quirks of a 135 year old house. Bathroom is a bit funky with the ceiling taking on the roof line. There is only street parking but never had any problems parking right in front of the house. Owner pays water while renter pays gas and electric. Not real interested in smokers but would allow a small dog if approved first. Street parking only but never had much of a problem parking in front of house. Yard needs love or you can just leave it as is.
