Original owners raised 7 kids in this house. Now its someone else's turn. Welcome home to this cared for cape that's A LOT bigger than it looks from the outside. You'll most likely enter the house through the huge 24x15 screened in porch at the end of the driveway.. Plenty of room to spread out and entertain in this massive room that overlooks the backyard. As you enter the house you're in the eat in kitchen that opens to the family room. A living room and big bedroom are on the opposite side of the first floor and a full bathroom is in the middle. Don't mind the green carpet in the hallway and leading up the stairs to the second floor. There ARE hardwoods underneath that match the rest of the downstairs. Two huge bedrooms with many built in cabinets and another full bath occupy the second floor. Updates include a new 200amp electrical service, new carpet in family room and one bedroom, new town sewer connection, new roof over screened in porch, and 2010 roof for main house.
