This is a nice, fully furnished, all bills paid, one bedroom apartment (more like a small house). It has been recently renovated with new flooring and a new tiled shower. It is set up to accommodate people who need a short term place to stay but don't want to pay hotel prices, or get stuck in a lease. We have housed traveling nurses, Goodfellow trainees and officers, people having houses built, new business owners, construction project managers, etc. It includes a full kitchen and we pay electricity, water, directv, and Internet. It has a 50 inch smart tv. It includes a two-car carport and a detached laundry room with a new washer and dryer. It also includes a small private yard (which we take care of). We will rent it from one month up to several months if needed. Our average renters stay from 3-6 months. We have rented up to a year. We are looking for temporary renters who just need a nice, clean, quiet place to stay. We do require a very short and simple application and a $500.00 refundable security deposit. No smoking and no pets please. If you are interested just let us know. Available July 1st. Owner pays all utilities (water, electric, trash, Directv, internet). It is non smoking and no pets. There are two covered parking spots (attached carport). There is a laundry room onsite that is shared with another tenant. There is another rental unit on the property but not close to this unit.
